How to use CinnaJack

Have a CinnaJack shake either as a meal replacement or before meals.  The fiber, cinnamon, and protein  will give you a feeling of fullness.  It is satisfying as a meal.  Taken before food, you will discover that you eat less. The shake will also slow down the rapid absorption of the fats and carbs you consume for your meal, thus maintaining your blood sugar.

Directions:
In a 12 oz glass or shaker add 1 tablespoon of CinnaJack.
Add your milk of choice:
     Non fat, 1%, 2%, or whole milk
     Soy milk
     Acidophilus

Stir with a stick mixer or shake vigorously.
Drink it down somewhat quickly as the shake will thicken within minutes.
