The Health Triangle
Your health and well-being is a product of many things.
The concept of the Health Triangle
is where you imagine an equilateral triangle and each point represents one
of the three absolute foundations of health: Diet, Sleep, and Exercise.
If any one of the points is out of whack, the
others
will suffer, too. No matter how well you eat and work out, if you are not
getting good quality sleep and rest your health will fail.
